Shipping destinations and cost
Pawcation offers free standard shipping on orders of $50 USD or more to destinations available during checkout. Orders below $50 USD may incur a shipping charge, which will be displayed at checkout before payment. If we cannot ship to your address, checkout will notify you before payment.

Order processing and delivery
Orders begin processing after payment is successfully confirmed. The estimated delivery date displayed during checkout or in your order confirmation is the most current estimate for your destination.

Products may be fulfilled by one of our partner warehouses, and the shipping origin can vary by product and availability. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, and incorrect address information can affect delivery times.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Address changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

Delayed, lost, or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at leelavathi2238@hotmail.com with your order number. We will investigate the shipment and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

International duties and taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may be charged by the destination country. Unless stated during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
